We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer/Factory Hand to join our team in Thomastown, VIC. **Responsibilities**:
**Perform various manual tasks within the factory, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assisting with production processes.
** Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
**Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and ensure product quality.
**Monitor and report any issues or malfunctions with machinery or equipment to the appropriate personnel.
**Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the manufacturing field.
**Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant governing laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:
**Previous experience in a labourer or factory hand role is preferred but not essential.
**Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
**Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
**Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
**Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
**Legally eligible to work in Australia.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
