AECOM has opportunities forFacility Operations Coordinatorto support our program in Alice Springs, Australia. The Facilities Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling, resourcing, administration and supervision of relevant people, processes and procedures key to facility operations at the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG)

The Facilities Operations Coordinator coordinates elements directly impacting the operation, maintenance and support of site utilities. This position, along with the Facilities Operations Supervisor, is responsible for the coordination of operational shift manning including long-term planning and short-notice changes.

Minimum Requirements
Australian Citizens must have a TSPV Department of Defence security clearance.
US Citizen candidates must have an active TS security clearance.
HS Diploma graduate.
Demonstrated understanding of electrical/mechanical technical workforce environments and relevant terminology.
Proven ability to develop, implement and oversee processes and procedures.
Demonstrated experience and proven ability in the coordination and/or management of a defined activity.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrated capacity to understand and enforce process and procedural compliance.
Proven ability to apply knowledge and experience in the preparation and delivery of reports, briefings, analysis and investigations.
Strong understanding of customer needs and proven ability to coach and/or instruct others.

Preferred Qualifications
Current drivers’ licence
Cert IV in a relevant applicable field
