Join our expanding Facilities Team in an exciting new role as a Facilities Supervisor and make a difference in our Brisbane community!Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Provide on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team, coordinating activities such as deliveries and stock management, task completion, and maintenance.Hands-On Repairs: Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are always in top condition.Team Coordination: Supervise and support Facilities Technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Resident Experience: Identify and implement ways to enhance the experience of our residents, both now and in the future.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEAs a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day and long-term facilities management of our Queensland assets.
