We're seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to join our Real Estate Operations team in Sydney CBD. As our Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing building services and ensuring tenant satisfaction for a premium commercial property. Starting your day at 7:30 a.m, you'll conduct a morning walkthrough to make sure all systems are operational and ready for a seamless start to the day. This role reports directly to the Senior Facilities Manager, providing a supportive framework for growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all building technical systems to provide a safe, comfortable environment.Lead contractors on OPEX and CAPEX projects, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.Maintain database records, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Conduct accident/incident investigations, ensuring a secure workplace.Foster positive relationships with tenants, delivering outstanding customer service and proactive support.Manage operational systems with efficiency, staying responsive to tenant and building needs.Handle time management and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.What We're Looking For: Experience in Facilities Management, preferably within Commercial Office, but open to other asset classes.Background in building technical systems, ideally supported by a trade certificate, engineering degree, or similar qualifications.Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants.Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).The ability to quickly learn and adapt to corporate systems and processes.This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will be valued and your contributions recognised.
