BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada – Singleton NSWPermanentBGIS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Singleton, NSW. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective management of facilities and planned maintenance across a critical site. This position is ideal for candidates with a trade background and a proven track record in facility maintenance and asset management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of facility maintenance.Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance programs.Supervise and coordinate contractors and maintenance staff to ensure effective service delivery.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Manage the upkeep of facilities, ensuring all assets are maintained to high standards.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).Travel as required to various sites within the region.Qualifications and Experience:Australian Citizenship is mandatory.Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on planned maintenance and building services.A trade background is highly preferred.Strong understanding of facility maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Proficient in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and related software.A valid driver's license is required for travel between sites.Why Join BGIS?Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Be part of a dynamic and supportive team.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Work-life balance with flexible working hours.Employee recognition programs and much more!Apply Now:If you are a proactive and experienced facilities manager looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
