Facilities Manager within an essential services facility will provide day-to-day technical support to the operations team, including the development, implementation, and ongoing management of initiatives and actions.
Location: Southport, QLD Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of site-based activities Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies Maintain and develop client relationships Lead and coordinate a team of technicians Skills and Experience: Relevant work experience in Facilities Management Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S, and environmental systems Personal values aligned with sustainability, integrity, and putting people first High Voltage Maintenance experience Must be fully vaccinated About BGIS:
