What this opportunity involves: You will provide outstanding customer service and be responsible for harmonizing workplace and facilities management for our first class client account. The opportunity will lead and manage a small team of Facilities Coordinators / Receptionists and oversee all related activities for the Sydney and Melbourne based sites. The role will also assume overall responsibility for customer service, site budgets, accounting / finance, maintenance and operations, contractor management and OH&S / legislative requirements. You will ensure the suite of services promised are continually assessed and improved upon to deliver best value to the client. Sound like the job you are looking for? Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for: Experience in a Facilities Management role within the Property, Technology, Banking, Insurance, Retail or Hospitality industry is preferred. You have qualifications in Property, Finance or Facilities Management with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Staff / vendor management, budgeting and reporting experience will be required with a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis whilst sustaining a happy client and team.
