The Opportunity
Located in the Sutherland Shire you will be responsible for ensuring the centre is well maintained and that the highest level of safety and customer service is upheld.

Duties will include but not be limited to
Retailer relationship management
Condition reports
End of month reporting
Staff mentoring
Contractor management & assessment of renewals
Building services management
Liaison with development team on facilities
Contribution of ideas to plant lifecycle project
Day-to-day facilities and maintenance resolution

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Facilities experience in a Shopping Centre asset
Excellent stakeholder / contract management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate with confidence
Excellent personal presentation
