What You Will Do
We're looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join our Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) team in Blacktown. This role ensures the smooth operation of our warranty parts process and supports the broader workshop team with cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and general warehousing duties.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
Daily registering and tagging of all warranty parts for return or disposalMaintaining a well-organised and compliant warranty parts storeCleaning and upkeep of workshop equipment, walkways, and communal areas to meet OHS standardsSupporting pre-delivery and workshop operations with general warehousing and yard dutiesReporting defects and damage around the workshop areaMaintaining accurate records in line with VGA and VCVA standardsParticipating in recycling and environmental initiativesContributing to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace
Your future team
You'll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, cleanliness, and a proactive attitude. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you'll also work closely with parts interpreters, technicians, and the warranty administration team.
Who are you?
You're practical, hands-on, and thrive in a busy workshop setting. You'll bring:
High school certificate (minimum); relevant tertiary or trade qualifications are a bonusExperience with workshop tooling, including their use and identificationBasic computer skillsUnderstanding of machinery and workshop safety practicesStrong communication skills and a team-focused mindsetHR truck and/or forklift licence (desirable)A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
