Our client is an online giant within the travel industry, and in this key role, you will be the first point of contact to clients and their visitors, as well as providing administrative support to the JLL Facilities Manager.
We are currently seeking a fun, dynamic and passionate Facilities Coordinator to work onsite with a friendly and collaborative JLL Facilities team in Sydney’s CBD!
What this job involves
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
Provide financial administration support including raising purchase orders, processing and managing invoices, preparing reports
Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of the risk management programs, and complete all incident reports
Assist the facilities team in the management and induction of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards
Manage the reception desk, meet and greet guests and visitors to the office, advising host of guest’s arrival & accepting deliveries if and as required, organizing guest passes and desks
