Leading key MNC client in the IT industryCorporate environment Customer Service Focused Facilities CoordinatorCanberra | Ngambri | Land of the Ngunnawal peopleThe Opportunity:Managing client's day to day operational and maintenance Facilities requirements.Undertaking administrative duties. Supporting employee meetings/events. Managing mail services.Log and track all maintenance requests, PPM and expenditure using appropriate maintenance software.Maintain daily registers for Visitors and Contractors.Managing CBRE and client contractors.Ensuring WHSE policies, procedures and requirements are met and maintained.
