Facilities Manager
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be working extensively with the property & operational business, to deliver improvements across physical asset management and facilities maintenance for their diversified property portfolio, primarily Industrial assets.
Directly involved in the traditional Facilities Management of the sites, you will also provide:
Oversight of delivery of Maintenance Strategy, systems improvement & general uplift in quality,Contractor, Financial, WHS & Risk management,Assistance across new developments.Who You Are
Ideally with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar Facilities Manager role, you will have demonstrated capabilities:
Leading contractor delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for Base Buildings,Engaging stakeholders and responding in a timely and efficient manner,Seeking and delivering excellence from contractors.Professional and committed, you will enjoy the opportunity to be an integral member of a close team who own, develop and operate two significant precincts in Western Sydney, creating value and improvements for stakeholders including tenants, the Super Fund & its members, and the team in general.
