This position is working within our APM Futures program, based in Tully/Innisfail. About the Role APM Futures delivers highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants. You will be motivating, mentoring and supporting personal growth, helping your participants to develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.
Provide hands-on & highly consultative support to a small group of participantsProvide mentorship, encourage skills development and increase people's capacity for workDeliver person-centred supports to participants, some transitioning from school to workProvide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integrationProvide support and consultation to employersQualifications & Requirements Eligibility to work in AustraliaA current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicleHave current First Aid and CPR certificateWilling to complete a Criminal History CheckAble to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening CheckAble to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencementTravel as required for service delivery and support of participantsJoin us as we continue to enable better lives!
