About the role We partner with and provide dedicated support to our AWS Fabricator Network to develop market leading and sustainable business solutions and this role is central to our success because it provides specialised support to enable our fabricators to maximise their use of the AWS supply model.
Develop and maintain relationships with the AWS Fabricator Network and understand the core competencies of individual fabricators.Assist fabricators to implement and optimise business processes and procedures to ensure fabricators can work successfully with the AWS model and know how to access the wide range of AWS support resources.Assist fabricators to implement business improvement and marketing strategies to support growth and deliver greater sales volumes.Deliver/facilitate training to support fabricator businesses in areas including but not limited to product, sales, manufacturing, industry standards, AWS software packages etc.Provide technical support, documentation assistance and advice to assist in quoting and securing specified projects.Represent AWS at trade and industry events.Regular travel to regional WA will be required.About you We are looking for a customer-centric individual with window industry experience who can confidently build and maintain long-standing business relationships, to join our team in this key role.
Experience as a Fabricator or industry knowledge (understanding of fabrication, constraints of glass/windows etc., industry standards and codes).Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships based on trust and influence change within customer base.Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate training and deliver professional presentations.Positive, proactive, forward thinker who can maintain a high level of awareness of industry standards, trends and competitor initiatives that can potentially impact AWS products and fabricators.Knowledge of systems including Vantage, Elevate, Salesforce would be advantageous.Knowledge of V6 estimation software would be beneficial.We will provide suitable training to the right candidate who can demonstrate a passion for the industry and partnering with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
