Schlam Cru specialises in providing skilled tradespersons for the repair and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment on mine sites across WA's Pilbara and Goldfields regions.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Fabrication Projects Manager, your role will be to ensure the successful execution of MEM fabrication projects by optimising productivity, managing resources effectively, and mitigating risks for our clients and our team.
This role would suit a trade qualified MEM Boilermaker with supervisor and project coordination experience.
Assist in the preparation of project Gantt chartsAssist Project Manager with development of project scopeConduct site visits to evaluate project progressAttend site project preparation/kick-off meetingLiaise with Recruitment for team hiring needs
Requirements Cert III in Engineering Fabrication (or equivalent)Cert IV in Project Management (desirable)Supervisory experience – leading hand or higherAvailable to conduct mine site visitsProficiency in MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, ProjectAustralian Citizen or Permanent Residents ONLY So, what next?
