F&B Manager (Full-Time)

We are seeking a hardworking and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a full-time F&B Manager.
The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing the following venues within the hotel:
Room ServicesRooftop Bar7 Conference FacilitiesThis position will be tasked to supervise the day-to-day operations of the department, including coordinating with SME and attending to other duties to ensure customer satisfaction while aiming to grow and maximise the financial performance of the department.
The F&B Manager will also provide ongoing training and conduct performance management within the team.
This is a hands-on role and we require someone with:
