Your responsibilities will include: Current Opportunity – Export Compliance Administrator

Based in Adelaide, we have an exciting career opportunity to Join our Export/Import (EXIM) team supporting the Future Submarine CSI Program. Supported by the broader EXIM team, this role will provide EXIM compliance support to the program, ensuring Australian and US Export / Import regulation and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

In collaboration with the EXIM team, providing advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders across the Company with respect to EXIM Compliance matters.
Maintain compliance with regulations governing the shipment, transfer, receipt and documentation of EXIM products and technical data.
Contribute as a member of the EXIM Compliance Team in accordance with Lockheed Martin (LM) policies including Lockheed Martin Australia’s (LMA"s) EXIM Compliance Management Plan.
Support reviews Australian Export/Supply applications prior to submittal to Defence Export Control (DEC) Office.
Contribute to the drafting of Australian Export/Supply applications for Lockheed Martin Australia.
Facilitate access by authorised personnel to project articles (data and hardware) that may be export controlled or For Official Use Only (FOUO) and report upon unauthorised access, transfer / disclosure.
Track & record export controlled and FOUO articles utilising LM Article Control tools and processes.
Undertake regular project EXIM compliance audits and ensure project EXIM compliance corrective actions are being closed out in a timely fashion.
About you:
You will ideally have skills and experience in the following areas:

Experience working with EXIM Compliance
Substantial working knowledge and some application of as many of the following as possible:United States International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).Defence Strategic Goods List (DSGL)IncotermsCustoms Act 1901Customs (Prohibited Export) Regulations 1958Customs (Prohibted Import) Regulations 1956International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.Some experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Customs Procedures
The successful candidate will be a team player and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs and priorities. A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline would be highly regarded but not essential.
Special Requirements:
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and ideally hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this upon commencement.
