MPI are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Exploration Manager to join this well-funded junior explorer. Reporting to the CEO, the Exploration Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the exploration efforts from inception to discovery. You will lead a dynamic team of geologists and technicians and will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Greenfields exploration across multiple tenement sites. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of the company.
The role: Develop and execute comprehensive exploration strategies for Greenfields projects, ensuring alignment with a commitment to environmental sustainabilityLead and inspire a talented team of geologists, field specialists and drilling contractorsFoster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growthOversee all aspects of exploration projects from conception to execution. Drive efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgetsApply your deep technical knowledge in geology to identify and evaluate exploration targets. Utilize the latest technologies to enhance exploration successBuild and maintain strong relationships with local communities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
