We are looking for an experienced senior administrative assistant to work in our family run plumbing and drainage business.The role is for full time hours and to work out of our office based in Bulla, with an option in the future to work remotely from home.Your remuneration will be assessed on your experience and level of knowledge.Qualifications & Experience5+ years administrative experienceExcellent written and verbal skillsSuperior eye for detailHighly motivated self-starter able to work within a team and autonomouslyExceptional client service ethic with a "can-do" attitudeStrong organisational and time management skillsA friendly and team player approach to working within a small businessProficiency in programs Xero, Excel, Word, WhatsAppYour Role Will Consist OfScheduling plumbing jobsDealing day to day with our plumbers, apprentices, and labourers as well as our buildersAll administration and correspondence of emails to buildersOrdering of materialsCalendar managementPreparing quotes/invoices on XeroBooking inspections and certificates on VBA 360Dealing with local councils and creating and lodging permitsFiling of property documentationIf you are interested in this role please contact Hayley on 0423801415 and/or email your resume to ****** Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hourExpected Hours: No less than 38 per weekBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Apply only if you are a resident of Victoria.Work Location: In person
