We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our growing team on a Full Time Permanent contract.

The Administration Officer will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative support and a commitment to enhancing office efficiency.
Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to management and staff in the NDIS Services Department as needed. This includes:Document Management: Prepare, edit, and submit documents for approval. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality. Book in appointments upon request for internal stakeholders and clients. Office Organisation: Oversee office supplies inventory, equipment and office-space maintenance, and other day-to-day operational needs, set-up and pack-down for meetings/trainings as required. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Education: Cert IV or above in Business Administration preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong typing skills, and familiarity with office equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to learn and use our rostering system. Attributes: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
