About the role
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Port Hedland and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve
Providing solutions and an in-store experience that inspires our customers.
Admin tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects.
Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
Responding to customer queries and making follow-up calls.
A bit about you
You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
You are passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industry experience is highly regarded; otherwise, we will provide the product training!
