About the role...In this dual role, you will deliver high-quality Exercise Physiologist interventions and therapy support to our clients across both LifeWorks Cairns and Atherton. As an essential member of the Allied Health team, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework. You will work as part of a talented multi-disciplinary team at LifeWorks Cairns while enjoying the diversity of working in both centre-based and community settings across these two locations. Key responsibilities include: Identification of rehab and disability support for clientsDevelop individualised client interventions, therapy support plans and treatmentDelivering excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence-based practiceIdentify and support client goal settingCollaboration with multidisciplinary Allied Health teamReferrals to internal and external providersParticipate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniquesAbout you...To be successful in this role, you will have a balanced approach to supporting a diverse caseload and be committed to whole person care ensuring you deliver quality support to your customers. You are dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers and providing information, advice and support about exercise to help them manage diverse conditions.
