About the role: This role is supporting two busy Heads of Funds and the wider team.
You will love being 2 steps ahead and enjoy varied and busy role, this role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced role.

You will be required to:   Executive Assistant Diary management Booking all travel and accommodation – Interstate and International Proactively arrange meetings, manage agendas, document all notes and follow up on actions Expense management Prepare presentations and board papers Key stakeholder management with EA's in other businesses Coordinate financial results and roadshows Event planning for the team and investors Liaising in a constructive and supportive manner with others to achieve win-win outcomes About you: Previous PA / EA experience within a fast-paced environment Enjoy providing high level support and ensuring there is a good culture in the team Looking for a candidate who is a career EA and enjoys supporting at all levels.
