This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2024Cecil Andrews College, located in Seville Grove, provides exemplary education to children from Year 7 to 12.
Our office team is friendly and welcoming, and you would be a joining a supportive team.Find out more about our school by visiting or The RoleCecil Andrews College is seeking to appoint a dedicated, organised and highly motivated Executive Support Officer (ESO) to join their friendly team.As the ESO you will assist in managing and coordinating daily administrative operations including provision of administrative support to the Principal and Executive Team.
This role involves meeting preparation including the taking of minutes.
Ideally you will have excellent time management and organisational skills to meet the growing demands of the College.
The successful applicate should possess excellent interpersonal skills to provide support across a range of executive systems and procedures, as well as the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.The role is varied and wide ranging including the coordination of VIP's, links with external College partners, working closely with the School Board, as well as liaising effectively with all College stakeholders.
The successful applicant will also contribute to the development and implementation of school events and assist with Human Resources and Recruitment within the school.
Applicants with experience in personal computer software applications, knowledge and understanding of Public Sector Standards and Human Resources and Recruitment policies are encouraged to apply.
