As an Executive Sous Chef reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will bring a wealth of experience in both high-end and high-volume food preparation.

Business Acumen: Demonstrate superior business skills, including managing and controlling costs, driving continuous improvement, and handling budget and Capex planning.
Team Leadership: Lead staff management, focusing on training and development in modern culinary trends.
Mentor and empower chefs to reach their highest potential.
Culinary Innovation: Design modern menus while respecting traditional cuisine, continually striving to outshine the Darwin market.
Food Safety: Maintain a sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, ensuring compliance across all culinary operations.
What will you bring?
Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a comparable operation.
Casino experience is highly regarded but not essential.
A deep passion for modern menu design and a respect for traditional cuisine.
Previous experience operating within a HACCP accredited environment.
Familiarity with a wide range of cooking styles and ethnic cuisines.
