The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to improve collaboration, influence outcomes, and support service delivery outcomes for Corporate Enterprise Solutions and Corporate Technology Services.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated high level written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with a wide range of stakeholders, such as senior executives, managers and other key stakeholders on a range of sensitive issues.Demonstrated experience coordinating business support services including resource planning and management (human and financial) in a large service delivery environment.Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members including coaching and mentoring skills.Demonstrated commitment to improving the value of services delivered to clients in a service management environment and a knowledge of/ability to acquire understanding of business performance measurement techniques.Qualifications, registrations and other requirementsIt may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No.
