You'll lead the Academy's executive support team, composed of College Operations Managers and other key personnel, to ensure alignment with JCU's strategic intent, foster innovative outcomes, and manage resources effectively.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAs a qualified professional with demonstrated experience in executive level support, business and strategic planning, and coordination of complex organisational objectives, you will support the delivery of successful outcomes for the Academy, in alignment with the University's strategic intent and the priorities of the Deputy Vice Chancellor.With a high level of communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and an ability to influence and negotiate with varying levels of stakeholders within the University, Government bodies, industry, and community networks, you will support decision making through the provision of research and analysis, developing briefing papers and submissions in the field of education and research. You will inform complex decision making and policy development, coordinate executive level business activities, events, and projects, and provide evaluations of outcomes against objectives to inform future business operations.
