Job Title: Executive Office Coordinator
Salary: $87,678.00 per annum + superannuation (Pro Rata)
Employment Type: Full time, 6 month fixed term opportunity
Location: Geelong based role (hybrid work from home – 3 days per week in office)
About the Role
The Executive Office Coordinator will provide administrative support and coordination to the Executive Director, Return to Work Victoria and Executive Officers. The role supports the delivery of whole of Return to Work Victoria activities on behalf of the Executive Director and assists in fulfilling Return to Work Victoria's corporate obligations and reporting requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Providing high level, confidential, administrative support to the Executive Director and Executive Officers.
Leading on all administrative office coordination for the Executive Office.
Supporting the Executive Officers in delivering Return to Work Victoria operational requirements, including business planning, risk management, budget management, and compliance.
Maintaining administrative processes and templates for Return to Work Victoria meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action registers.
About You
You will be an experienced administrative professional who has ideally supported Senior Executives. An ability to work within a fast-paced environment combined with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to react and deal with change and the unexpected will also be key parts of your skill set.
Skills and Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Experience in the preparation of presentations, agendas, minutes, as well as organising functions or team events.
Effective organisation and time management skills.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Demonstrated ability to liaise with a diverse client/stakeholder group including senior management levels.
