Executive Director Finance and Sustainability and Chief Financial OfficerYou will be responsible for overseeing and directing Dhelkaya Health's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial leadership to support the delivery of sustainable local health services.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a trusted business partner to peer executives and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that align with Dhelkaya Health's strategic objectives.You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, optimize resource allocation, and drive business performance to support the functions that ultimately result in the delivery of quality services to enrich the lives of those we support and care for.You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies while considering the environmental, social, and governance impacts on the organisation's operation.In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery and performance of the following services:Financial management and complianceEnvironmental sustainability and climate change strategyProcurement and asset managementInformation and Communications Technology and digital capabilityAbout youEquipped with senior executive level experience within the health service industry, you will demonstrate a record of successfully achieving outcomes through strong internal leadership and influence. You'll have extensive financial management knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the public health system, and be skilled at building and maintaining relationships to achieve accountabilities. Through exemplary strategic and operational leadership, you will evidence an ability to develop and deliver accurate, timely and relevant financial information at an Executive and Board level, showcasing strong knowledge of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks and relevant regulations.
