The Child & Adolescent Community Health organisation is made up of over 1350 employees.These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at 160 community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.Aboriginal Health - Provides culturally appropriate and secure services to the Aboriginal community across the Perth metropolitan area.Child Health – Community Health offers a universal schedule of child health and developmental assessments to every child at key development ages.Child Development Service – Free assessment, early intervention and treatment service for children with developmental delays.Immunisation – We offer childhood immunization services across the metropolitan area as well as statewide advice to immunisation providers.Refugee Health – The Refugee Health Team supports newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants to connect with community and specialist health care services.School Health – School health services for children and families from kindergarten to year 12.Healthy Lifestyle Program – This family-based program is for children and young people affected by higher weight who are wanting to make healthy lifestyle change.Bedwetting service – This family-based program is for children and young people affected by higher weight who are wanting to make healthy lifestyle change.About the PositionAs the Executive Director of Community Health, you'll possess the ability to perform collaboratively in a senior leadership team, identify and manage risk, and achieve strategic and operational priorities for the Community Health Service.
