Our team is growing; we are currently recruiting for an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant

to our regional Vice President to join our team in our newly refurbished Perth CBD office.
The role is a permanent full-time position, an immediate start available.

About the role Acting as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Anticipate the needs of the Vice President WA/Africa, to enable them to be productive, on schedule, and across priorities.
Managing the Vice President WA/Africa calendars and set up meetings, taking minutes and actions as needed.
Providing support and assistance to the Directors & their direct reports in their day-to-day operations.
Coordinating communication including email, written correspondence, and telephone calls.
Organising conferences, client events, and other entertainment activities.
Assisting with monthly reporting requirements.
Organising international and domestic travel and accommodation requirements, including any required entry visas or work permits.
Expense management, including credit card reconciliations, raising purchase orders and facilitating invoice payments.
Set up and maintenance of effective record keeping and electronic filing systems.

About you Proven experience in a similar role at C-Suite level.
A high level of competence with technology, ability to be comfortable with a wide range of activities such as setting up video meetings, using SharePoint, One Drive, and the ability to use technology as an enabler for collaboration and improve productivity.
High level of understanding and competency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
Experienced in being resourceful and adaptable, using sound judgement to respond to business needs.
Confident in communicating and decision making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Calm under pressure and experienced in multi-tasking.
Demonstrated track record in ability to plan and prioritise.
Demonstrated experience in applying discretion and confidentiality.
Relevant Diploma or certificate an advantage.
