The Role: Monday – Friday, you will be the backbone that keeps this top-performing Agents day in order.
This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure seamless transactions.
As the Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include, but will not be limited to: Diary, e-mail & appointment management Preparing Sales listing kits Liaising with vendors and buyers Handling exchanges and settlements Property marketing and advertising Assisting at property auctions General administrative tasks The Candidate: Our successful applicant will demonstrate confidence, maturity, and the ability to handle any task.
Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role is essential to be considered.
