As the 'go-to' person, this position will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills regularly to manage 30-40 listings at a time! On a daily basis, your duties will include:Diary, e-mail, itinerary, and appointment managementPreparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchangesCommunication with solicitors during the sales processLiaising with the marketing teamCoordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material, and agent brandingBook and prepare appraisals, proposals, and presentationsDrafting and managing internal and external communicationManage the exchanges and settlements processAd hoc projects and tasks as requiredThe Candidate:As the successful applicant, you must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience in a similar position is highly advantageous.
