Here at MJD Recruitment we are thrilled to be spearheading the search for an exceptional  Senior Executive Assistant  to join a hugely successful, rapidly growing Financial Consultancy firm located right in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
This pivotal role, directly supporting the  Founding Partner,  demands a constant forward-thinking approach.
In this high-energy position, you'll need to effortlessly manage a demanding workload and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
We're seeking a candidate with an outgoing yet resolute personality, capable of adeptly prioritising the company's needs while seamlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and travel (domestic/international).
Liaise with clients, ensuring professional and tactful communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Keep the Founding Director and team on track, and be able to lend a helping hand around the office when needed.
What We're Looking For: 7–10 years' experience supporting C-suite in financial services, investment banking, or private equity.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
