Your Responsibilities Will Include: Overseeing sales & marketing efforts and ensuring exceptional client services Managing the workflow and accuracy of property administration for around 60 deals a year across Pennant Hills, Berowra, and Wahroonga Coordinating inspection times and liaising with vendors for essential documentation Booking stylists and trades, and ensuring compliance of all property files Organising building, strata, and pest inspections Scheduling photography, floor plans, and copywriting for properties Keeping campaigns on track and meeting deadlines Sending contracts and additional information as needed Experience & Qualifications: Must possess a Certificate of Registration (COR) and type at 50 WPM Familiarity with Agent Box, Google Drive, and Docs is a plus!
