About the role: The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of professional administrative support to 2 x SLT members within construction and property and support the broader team with general administration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Expense reconciliation
Calendar management
Travel and accommodation booking
Produce high quality documents (including presentations)
Coordinating reporting schedules and reporting requirements for the team
Co-ordinate and plan events as per the calendar of events and on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills & Experience:

4+ years' experience in a similar role
High level verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and organised with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited supervision, to exercise initiative, problem solve, set priorities and to work within required timelines
Demonstrated integrity, resilience and commitment to pursue organisational goals in a changing environment
Highly developed computer literacy skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office suite
Ability to demonstrate discretion at all times
Attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude
