About your new Role: The Executive Assistant – PV/CV is responsible for providing administrative support to the Brand Directors of Volkswagen Passenger & Commercial Vehicles.
This encompasses organising the work, strategic meetings and priorities for both Brand Directors.
The role also includes providing support in preparing presentations and business events.
Note: this position is a 24 Month Maximum Term contract based in our head office in Zetland.
Your main responsibilities will include: Manage the diary of the PV and CV Brand Directors; Coordinate arrangements for travel and functions including transport and accommodation arrangements; Raising and management of Purchase Orders as well as processing and managing payment of all invoices, tracking budget spend; Manage credit card statements, reconciliation and reimbursement matters; Distribute bulletin and other information to dealers for the PV/CV brands; Coordination of PV/CV meetings including WIP document update and preparation, especially weekly team meetings; Planning and realisation of National Dealer Roundtable meetings, Dealer Visits and Sales and Marketing meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following: Experience in secretarial, PA and administrative support; Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Strong written and verbal communication skills; High attention to detail and time management skills; Ability to organise and coordinate events and travel and liaise with suppliers; Strong ability to multi task and prioritise competing tasks; Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus.
