Executive Assistant Manager Leading Hotel in Geelong We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join a team at a leading hotel in Geelong, known for its exciting guest services and comprehensive F&B operations. This role offers a clear path to General Manager within the group of hotels.
Role Highlights: Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on guest services in Rooms Division and F&B. Drive high standards of service excellence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Work closely with the management team to implement strategic initiatives. Lead and motivate a dynamic team, fostering a positive work environment. Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Direct and manage strict budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to achieve business targets. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an Assistant Manager role in a luxury or high-end hotel environment. Strong operational knowledge of Rooms Division and F&B. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Strategic thinker with a guest-centric approach to hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ambition to grow within the company, with a view to becoming a General Manager. What We Offer: Competitive salary package, negotiable between $125,000 and $145,000.
