Executive Assistant to the Head of Residential.
The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible and accountable for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the support to the Head of Residential and Care Operations team.
This is fantastic opportunity for a great communicator and a meticulous organiser to join us at SCC.
This includes managing the diary management, organisation of meetings, events and day to day administrative workflows.
This position is accountable and responsible in ensuring their compliance with SCC policies and procedures, relevant standards, relevant legislation and accepted industry practices.
Requirements & Responsibilities: Demonstrated 3-5 years' experience in an EA role within a medium-sized organization.
Advanced computer skills with MS Excel & SharePoint.
Advanced time management skills and ability to prioritise and problem-solve.
Ability to prepare well researched, clearly presented reports as necessary.
Coordinate, arrange & manage key monthly reports at Board & Committee level.
Preparing agenda/taking minutes of Regional & Manager meetings, ensuring actions completed.
Liaising with the Commission & ensuring deadlines are met for complaints, accreditations & other legislative requirements.
Manage travel, meetings, credit card & events.
Answer & manage incoming calls (Commission/complaints etc).
Co-ordinate project-based work as required.
What we are looking for: Experience in aged care in a similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced organizational and planning skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced usage of the Microsoft Suite, Enterprise Reporting, Power BI, Promaster (preferred).
Experienced with Enterprise Reporting.
