WE CARE, WE WORK TOGETHER, WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE Executive Assistant Based in convenient Sydney CBD location with WFH flexibilityAbout the role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our General Manager, Insurance and Chief Information Officer.
You will provide high-level executive and administrative support while being flexible and highly responsive to allow the Executives to focus on fulfilling the operational and strategic objectives of the business.
In addition, you will on occasion provide backup for other Executive Assistants in the business, as required.
This role may occasionally require travel to other Coal Services offices, and you must hold a current NSW drivers' licence.
Your main responsibilities include:
Manage the Executives diaries, schedule meetings, functions, conferences and organise travel and accommodationDraft and prepare board papers, reports, financial presentations, agendas, minutes and briefing notesProvide timely and accurate administrative support including handling correspondence and maintaining effective filing systemsPlan and schedule your work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage competing prioritiesEnsure high levels of support even when under heavy workloads and tight deadlinesAssist with various projects including speech writing and researchBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout you: Your education, experience and skills will include:
