As a trusted and valued member of the leadership teams for our operational business units, you will have strong initiative, a proactive approach and forward planning skills, enabling you to be a step ahead to anticipate the needs of your Executives. With high levels of emotional intelligence and good judgement, you will have the ability to read the room and see the bigger picture when handling issues and problem solving, therefore enabling you to help your EGMs to be more effective in their roles.
