They are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team and provide comprehensive support to their senior executives.Indigenous Identified RoleSalary: 90,000 - 110,000 per annumLocation: Central Coast, NSWRole Overview:As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their executive office. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that the executives' needs are met efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.Communication Management: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with discretion.Meeting Coordination: Assist in Management and Director meetings, organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
