Executive Assistant

We need a strong, all-rounder EA for our client based in Melbourne CBD.

It's a 4 month contract ending 20th December, potential extension likely. 
4x day work week with 3x days in office (CBD) and 1x day from home. 

About You:

You're a proactive, forward-thinking professional with excellent communication skills, always staying one step ahead to ensure smooth operations.

Prior university or government experience is preferred. 

Skills & Experience:

Managing diary, including handling incoming and outgoing emails Coordinating and scheduling meetings Assisting the CEO with IT requirements Preparing meeting minutes and PowerPoint presentations Arranging travel and accommodation Overseeing general office maintenance Salary & Benefits:
