About the Role: This role directly supports the GM of a building and maintenance company.
The GM manages several of the key clients for the group, as well as all back-office functions including HR, IT, Legal, and accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and ensure timely email communication.
Create and distribute quotes and invoices for key clients.
Maintain work-in-progress (WIP) and profit-and-loss (P&L) summaries for key projects.
Update project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) and client profiles.
Coordinate trade resources for client projects.
Assist with accounts payable, payroll, and financial reconciliations.
Perform general administrative tasks and client liaison via phone and email.
Order appliances and materials for client projects.
Arrange and coordinate events.
Provide daily support to the General Manager.
Complete ad hoc tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed: Xero accounting software experience (ideal).
Monday Project Management software experience (ideal).
Experience in similar roles and responsibilities is a must.
