Job Description As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide crucial support to a busy executive, managing priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your organizational skills and proactive mindset in a dynamic, remote setting.
You'll be responsible for streamlining communications, managing schedules, and keeping projects on track.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on bringing order to complexity and enjoys being an indispensable part of a successful team.
ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize executive's email inbox, highlighting urgent mattersOrganize and maintain executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and sending remindersProvide proactive task management support, ensuring timely completion of critical actionsAssist in overseeing team progress and keeping executive informedOversee incident management registerPerform data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date registersCommunicate effectively, providing regular updates and remindersCreate and manage daily to-do lists for the executiveAdapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequirements5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleExperience with NDIS/Healthcare preferredExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in email management and calendar organizationSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyHigh level of discretion and confidentialityExperience with data entry and register maintenanceComfortable in remote work environmentsAbility to work part-time (20 hours/week) with flexibility to increase hoursAvailability during Australian business hours (AEST)#J-18808-Ljbffr
