About the Role This full-time, office-based contract position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO.
Your key responsibilities will include: Creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
Setting up and attending meetings, including taking detailed minutes.
Organising complex calendars and managing the CEO's demanding schedule.
Supporting events, including those outside of traditional work hours.
The contract is expected to conclude in late January to mid-February.
About You Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
Flexibility to attend events outside of standard office hours.
Current Blue and Yellow Cards (or willingness to obtain them).
You will work closely with a direct and passionate CEO who values efficiency and clear communication.
A self-starter attitude is essential for success in this role.
