Executive Assistant (EA) – Sydney Based (with some travel) Are you a highly organised stewardess or EA with impeccable time management skills?
Are you looking for a fast-paced Monday to Friday role?
Position Overview: MYS superyacht crew is looking for a talented Executive Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support the director of a marine projects company. The ideal candidate will have either a strong EA background or previous senior superyacht stewardess experience, and must be highly organised, proactive and solution driven. While marine exposure is preferred, it is not critical if the applicant can demonstrate aptitude and general understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Taking full control of the Director's calendar ensuring that meetings are effectively scheduled, and reminders set. Travel Arrangements: Organising flights, accommodation, transfers for both domestic and international trips. Email Management: Managing multiple inboxes and prioritising key communication that requires attention. Meetings: Setting agendas and recording meeting minutes. Logistics: Organising deliveries and liaising with key stakeholders. Project Coordination & Administration: Assisting in overseeing ongoing projects, preparing reports, obtaining fee proposals, contract review and ad hoc administrative tasks. Finance: Managing expenses, forecasting and record keeping. Personal Assistance: Handling various personal tasks including school drop off/pick up and other commitments and errands. What we're looking for:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Superyacht Stewardess / Residence preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility with time and having the capacity to travel both domestically and internationally. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with all levels of the organisation. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment. Clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
