About the role:
Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant with proven experience at senior Executive level? At Wesfarmers Health, we're looking for a skilled individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our Vision and Strategy.
Step into a pivotal role as an Executive Assistant where you'll provide top-tier support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance team, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth business operations while also collaborating with fellow EAs on group-wide projects.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

Act as a first point of contact for senior staff and external contacts.
Act as a strategic business partner, providing the CFO with the confidence that a trusted partner is managing their needs and supporting the team effectively.
Diary Management: arranging meetings and rooms, preparing presentations and projects, taking, and issuing minutes in a timely manner, scheduling follow-up actions as needed.
Travel Support: booking flights, accommodation, arrangements for working dinners, finding suitable venues for corporate events etc.
Event management: internal and external events, conferences, monthly team meetings, industry events, catering, and any entertainment requirements.
Office Administration: accountable for processing and approving invoices and expenses, workflows, leave management, scheduling performance reviews and other team related processes.
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new starters in the Finance team.
Collaborate actively with fellow Executive Assistants, fostering a coordinated approach to group-wide projects and tasks.

What you'll bring:

10 years' experience in administrative and secretarial support roles of which at least 5 years spent supporting senior level executives.
Good technical skills covering all MS products.
Travel management experience.
Discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to prioritise competing demands and liaise with senior managers.
Ability to develop and influence others through excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to build strong working relationships both with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
High attention to detail and with excellent time management skills.
Resourceful, the ability to have the answers or a way forward to problem solving.
Tech savvy – always look for ways to work smarter.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, with potentially moving priorities at times.
Ability to say no respectfully and educate and redirect team members to the correct channels / tools.
Knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical industry is desired but not essential.
Year 12 minimum or Certificate Diploma in Business.
