About The Role Based in Milperra, you will perform a variety of management support & sales administrative tasks as part of a well-established, passionate and entrepreneurial Business Development Team that supports 7 branches across Australia.
As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in strengthening the critical link between the Business Development Unit, our National Sales Team, local and global suppliers, and diverse customer base.
Key Accountabilities: Assist with product enquiries and special arrangements Respond to customer enquiries and provide support to the National Sales Team in managing customer accounts Assist with quote generation and action sales orders, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers Assist to collate customer data for new product promotion and other marketing initiatives and distribute samples Confirm and maintain product specifications Generate reports from SAP and provide corresponding sales analysis Prepare and distribute management and sales correspondence Maintain product records and ensure data accuracy in SAP Assist with product master data creation and maintenance Assist with special projects and conduct research as required Preparation, formatting and proofreading of key documentation, reports, presentations and proposals and other internal and external communication About You To be considered for this role you will possess a proactive approach towards work and discretion with confidential information combined with: A proven track record in a similar position Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent administration, planning and organisational skills, and ability to prioritise and finalise a number of competing tasks An analytical mind, with a high level of attention to detail Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office SAP exposure and/or relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous About Us Plasdene Glass-Pak is now the largest independent, family and Australian-owned Packaging Distribution Business in Australia.
We supply glass and plastic bottles, jars, containers, closures, cartons, dividers, cans, flexible and bulk packaging to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health care, wine, oil, spirit, industrial, agricultural, pet care, personal care and cosmetic sectors from seven Packaging Plaza Showrooms and Distribution Centres across the Nation.
