This role is a great opportunity for a highly experiencedExecutive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer who both report to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. As a key interfaceto internal and external stakeholders you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and providing high-level executive support involving quick thinking, problem solving and influencing whilst maintaining an extremely high level of professional integrity.
What you can expect from the role
Complex diary and email management, including prioritisation and co-ordination of internal and external meetings for the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer
Working independently and pro-actively, responding to queries where appropriate and bringing critical matters to the Executives attention
Preparation of crucial reports and presentations
Corporate expenditure reconciling & invoice processing
Arrange and co-ordinate business travel
Co-ordinate business and team meetings, and offsite meetings, conferences and events
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit a seasoned career Executive Assistant who has had previous experience successfully supporting at a C-suite level or equivalent senior level. We are looking for;
10+ years’ experience working within an Executive Assistant position within the professional services and/or Financial Services industry.
Advanced MS Office skills along with superior written and verbal communicationincluding the ability to convey ideas and information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate & engage with a wide range of stakeholders
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Maturity of judgment and discretion, high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with limited supervision
Be self-motivated and results orientated.
